- Designed, wrote and deployed company's first customer facing portal based on PHP and MySQL.
- Implemented data interchange conduits between FileMaker and MySQL information systems.
- Spearheaded the complete migration of all IT assets from a co-location facility in Tacoma to a SAS 70 Type II data center in Tukwila, while maintaining operational status for the 24/7 SIRT.
- Designer and project manager responsible for deployment of Powershark 2.0, the second generation of the client portal.
- Architect, designer and lead developer responsible for launch or the company's most ambitious project to date, Powershark 3.0, including a complete re-write from PHP to PERL.
- Created a scalable high-performance URL harvesting and analysis engine, executing over 1 million page harvests per hour.

- VB 6 development of COM applications to applications that perform data validation for MS SQL 7.0 databases, and process HP-UX product information for Y2K compliance reporting via web and e-mail (HTML).
- PERL development of applications producing dynamic metrics reporting of Y2K customer compliance via the Internet / Intranet. Developed highly acclaimed Tk/Tcl GUI tools to automate monitoring of support e-mail accounts that electronically notify support of new incidents.

Y2K Data Remediation Specialist (contract) 4/1999 - 7/1999- Responsible for analysis and recommendations for Y2K conversion of mission-critical prison facility software applications, in addition to development of the implementation strategy.
- Designed the testing strategy required for the rollout of Y2K applications throughout the state, utilizing a hybrid of several IEEE testing and documentation standards.
- Performed necessary code changes, along with unit and integration testing of over 400 JCL, COBOL and PowerHouse application modules.
